About Me
I'm a pluralistic practitioner, which means that I integrate a variety of mental health practices as part of my approach. I work 1:1 and also with groups of people across various settings to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
My core belief, is that if we can learn to work with a greater degree of self awareness, we can nurture an ability to make more considered and compassionate choices to positively impact both our personal and interpersonal worlds.
Working with me, means you access my skills in; CBT, person-centered approach, psychodynamic work, stress and anxiety reduction, non violent communication, relapse prevention for depression, grief work, trauma informed work, abuse, self harm, suicide, and suicidal ideation.

The 8 Week Course

Workplace Training Packages.
Through collaborative consultation, bespoke training packages can be specially designed to meet the needs and culture of your workforce. Mental health mentoring, group training in stress reduction, difficult communications, motivational interviewing, and workplace wellbeing assessments can all be provided. These packages are designed to leave your company and workforce equipped with sustainable tools to manage their wellbeing both at work and in everyday life.
Stress Reduction and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
A course built around 8 sessions to help change your relationship and experience of stress.
The 8 Week Course aims to:

I have a postgraduate certificate from CMRP in teaching the mindfulness interventions, my level 5 counselling qualification with over 500 hours of client work, mental health first aid training, workplace training and advanced training in None Violent Communication.
I have delivered the stress reduction and cognitive therapy model 1:1, in general public group settings, within the work place and on digital platforms.
